Hello, I have a robot model KR 150 that when energizing the turret of the safety cage does not turn on, and neither does the SmartPAD screen, it sends the dead man drives, but there is no way to access the screen, I would appreciate if someone can help me solve the problem.

Hola, tengo un robot modelo KR 150 que al energizar la torreta de la jaula de seguridad no enciende, y tampoco la pantalla de SmartPAD, manda los accionamientos de hombre muerto, pero no hay manera de acceder a la pantalla, agradeceria que alguien me pueda ayudar a solucionar el problema.
