Its because inconsistent 3D points. Go to Depth snap tool and select Multi(sharp) snap mode.
It will give you little bit consistent 3d points which helps in consistency of wpr values.

I am using Fanuc 3DV/600 fixed mounted camera for part pick and place application.
I am getting XYZWPR value for part but I found that WP values are not constant and not proper.
I have used "GPM locator tool" for XYR and "3D plane measurement tool" for ZWP.
Can anyone suggest me how to detect if my Part get tilt and if I need to send WP values to Robot as tilt detection.
